Referal Fee: The vendors agree to pay a fixed referral fee of 25% on the sale price of all products sold through the amazol.biz website.

Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, vendors must remove all of their products from the website.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the amazol.biz and the vendors and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

Modification: These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by amazol.biz at any time upon written notice to the vendors.
